Do you accept returns?

Yes, on all items excluding custom orders. The jewelry must be in new, undamaged, and unworn.

We have a 14-day return policy.

How much time do I have to decide to keep or return?

The 14-day timeframe begins after you receive your jewelry.

Do you charge a restocking fee for returned items?

No we do not charge a restocking fee.

Are there certain conditions to qualify for a return?

Yes, the jewelry must be in a new and unused condition and returned in the original packaging. Any items that are damaged, altered, or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

If the jewelry shows any signs of wear or damage, it will be returned to you.

No individual item of a set can be returned for a refund, it must be returned as a complete set.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

Gift cards may not be returned.

Custom items cannot be returned. For example a specially-made, custom item is not eligible for a return.

How do I start the return process?

In your email, please provide your order number and let us know why you are unhappy with your purchase and let us know what we can do to make it right.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long will it take to get a status on the return label?

Please allow 3 business days from the date we receive your message and you will be notified via email.

Where do I send the return?

We will send you a return shipping label and $5.95 will be deducted from your refund. 

Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. Sending in an envelope may damage the item (tangled, broken, etc.) and we will not be able to accept the return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

When can I expect my refund?

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No, at this time we do not accept exchanges however if you are unhappy with your purchase or you received a gift you don’t love, please contact us at and we can work together to find an acceptable solution.

What if my jewelry is defective?

We apologize!  Please send us a photo of the defective jewelry item(s) to and we will correct the issue and keep you posted on the progress.
